What I know about fables part 3

Hello bloggers! Today is the second to last part of, "What I know about fables".

You will be reading a story called, "The 3 billy goats graph" I will be also showing you the settings in the same time....

First paragraph: (Introduction of characters and setting)

Once upon a time there were 3 billy goats graph. The 3 goats were all brothers, they were happily eating grass until…. “Brother, there is no more grass!” said the youngest billy goat. “Hey look over there on the other side of the bridge!” replied the middle billy goat. “Let’s cross the bridge.” said the eldest billy goat.

Second paragraph: (Main story)

First went to the youngest billy goat… “Who is that crossing my bridge?” The youngest goat was confused until he looked up at the huge troll, the troll asked if he could eat the him, but the billy goat said that there was another goat coming that was bigger than him so they agreed on it. The middle billy goat came across the troll too. The troll asked the middle goat the same question but he replied with, “Sorry but as you can see I barely have any meat at all. There is going to be a very big goat though, with heaps of meat to eat!” and so the troll agreed immediately.

Third paragraph: (takeaways, moral lesson)

The eldest billy goat crossed  the bridge with really loud creaks under his hooves. “Who’s crossing my bridge?!” shouted the troll. “It is I, the biggest billy goat graph!” replied the eldest billy goat with confidence and pride. “Mmmm, you look delicious. May I, eat you?!” questioned the troll. “No you may not!” and all of a sudden… BANG!!! THE TROLL WENT FLYING IN THE AIR AND FELL IN THE WATER!! The troll drifted away and all the billy goat graphs ate happily ever after. THE END. The moral lesson of this story was, “Never throw away what you already have.”.

This was just a draft, so the next blog I post will be the last part of what I know about fables. This blog was short but I hope you enjoyed reading the story. Stay safe, stay well, and blog you later!

What I know about fables part 2

Hello again bloggers, and welcome back to what I know about fables, part 2!! Today I had to explain how a fables is used. And now I will tell you. The blogs I will be posting until Friday will be a little short.

Anyway lets jump right into the subject. So first is how to I should plan to teach the moral lesson, so first I would introduce the characters in the story and where it takes place, than add in the main story where I have to describe what happens in a big paragraph, and for the final conclusion I would round the story up and teach the reader what the moral of the story is, and explain it.

For example the movie, "Over The Hedge". The moral of the that movie was, don't be greedy. Some of you may not understand because you haven't seen the movie yet, but you can watch it on Netflix, but it's still not out yet for some reason. Anyway I hope you enjoyed this short blog, stay safe, stay well, and blog you later!!

What I know about fables

Hello bloggers! Today I will be blogging about fables. Some of you won't know what a fable is and some of you will. So today I will be talking about how much I know and have learnt about fables. I will also be blogging for this whole week, Tuesday - Friday. So basically I will be updating you on what I've learnt about fables. For example the story of, "The Tortoise and the Hare".

So basically fables mean, that a short story has a setting (start, middle, and end, and also has a moral to it), and also that the animals in that short story has the characteristics of a human such as, talking, walking, running, and all that. In this story you could see that the moral in the story was to take things slow and steady, otherwise you won't finish. Well I hope you've learnt something new from this blog, remember I will be updating you on what I've learnt about fables. Stay safe, and well! Blog you later!

My favourite work pieces of work in term 3

Kia Ora bloggers. Today I'm going to talk about My favourite piece(s) of work. OK so my first favorite pice of work would probably be the trick shot. So first of all I could do any trick shot, and my trick shot was to shoot the ball form outside in the trampoline into the white bucket inside the house, but that didn't happen instead of just shooting it past the doors and into the bucket, it bounced of the side of the door, into the kitchen and bounced off the chair and into the bucket! Here's the clip....
(if the link on the image doesn't work, click on this link).

Did you think that was cool? Yeah, so did I. Anyway, I also wanted to show this piece of work I also did in term 3. The piece of work that i'm about to show you is about covid, and I wrote a poem about it so here it is.....
(if the link on the image doesn't work, click on this link). I hope you enjoyed that poem and that trick shot, If you want to see more of my term 3 work you can click on the image below.....

Rugby prize giving

HELLO BLOGGERS!! Today i'm here to talk about me and my little brother's rugby prize giving. I have to apologize first if I sound like that I'm bragging too much about myself but for real I am over excited, so lets get right into it! OK so first of all, it was obvious that we couldn't go to the original place where we do the prize giving ceremony because of covid and lockdown, so we had to do it all internet on zoom meetings. And because there are lots of teams of juniors in our Rugby Club, they have to but the zoom meetings into groups. The first awards ceremony were for 9 years old and under, which was my little brother in that carter-gory as he is 6 years old. His team is Under 6 Eden Tigers.

You might be wondering what my brother got. he got the title, "BEST SPORTSMAN OF THE YEAR" And we were all surprised. My parents told me, "Can you beat that?" First was the best tackler of the year (which wasn't me), then the best sportsman of the year, (which wasn't me again), and it was all down to the best player of the year, everything was silent, until.......

"BEST PLAYER OF THE YEAR" "ROS-ALAN UEPI"

My parents cheered and was very proud of me and my little brother. And then we went to celebrate. Well that's how it went and, now I really want to play some more rugby, but I don't think I can due to the lockdown. Some say that the lockdown might even extend to Christmas, or even next year!!

ABOUT COVID

But really, why can't covid just leave us alone, because to be honest, covid just gets stronger by the day. 43 cases in like a week or 2. The only way to stop it is by wearing masks, washing your hands (sanitize to), keep distance, and stay in our homes until we are given the all clear. We can unite against covid and finally put an end to this nightmare. So all we can do now is stay inside our homes (but you can still go on walks to keep healthy). Just remember to give a smile and believe in yourself and others that you can do this and fight against covid, because we haven't lost all hope YET.

Well this is all. I hope you all stay safe. Blog you later!

Lockdown has finally come to an end!

Hello bloggers! Today is Friday the 1st of October (or at least this is when I publish), and i'm relieved because lockdown is finally coming to an end. In about 2 - 3 weeks we'll all see each other again but there will still be some rules like, keeping distance, and always sanitize your hands/wash your hands. During the lockdown we all spent time with our family which was good. We were more creative with our surroundings and devices. Some might've created something new without even noticing, who knows? But anyway, next week is going to be school holidays for 2 weeks and lets hope that, the corona-virus will finally leave us alone and there would be no more cases! You've all done really well staying inside your homes for 7 weeks! I hope to see all my friends back at school in level 2 for the first time after 7 - 8 weeks of lockdown.

The moral of this blog was just to check up on everyone through lockdown so I wont be writing that much but I hope this will help you or at least cheer you up a bit. Thank you for reading my short blog, I hope you all stay safe during the school holidays. Blog you later!
